Dennis "DJ" Loughran, beloved Partner of the firm, passed away after a long illness on July 19, 2025. He will be deeply missed by his colleagues, the community, and the many people he mentored. Lindsay Andrews has been named Co-Managing Partner alongside Lou Plung.
Their co-managing roles are slated to last a year, with Lindsay stepping into the Managing Partner role on July 1, 2026 – making Lindsay the first female and first non-Plung family member to serve in that role in the firm’s 104-year history.

Brandon Bupp Named Director of Client Advisory Services (CAS)
Louis Plung & Company is proud to announce that Brandon Bupp has been named Director of our Client Advisory Services (CAS) department. Brandon brings a proven track record of helping clients turn financial data into strategic action, combining deep technical expertise with a collaborative approach.
In his new role, he will guide the CAS team in delivering tailored insights that empower businesses to plan, adapt, and grow with confidence.

ABC Meet the Generals
Louis Plung & Company was a proud table sponsor at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Pennsylvania (ABC) Meet the Generals event – an opportunity for construction subcontractors to mingle with general contractors. Our team members, Manager Thomas Culleiton and Senior Auditor Garrett Yarman spent the afternoon at Southpointe Golf Club connecting with contractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers.
“Kimsurance” Golf Invitational
Louis Plung & Company was a proud sponsor of this year’s “Kimsurance” Golf Invitational, hosted by Kim Harkobusic. LPC team members, Thomas Culleiton, Peyton Michaels, Garrett Yarman, and Alyssa Falarski enjoyed the day relaxing and playing golf! They took home 1st place in the costume contest (they dressed as “nerdy accountants”) and 3rd place as a foursome!

Evolve Coaching
Steven Fisher serves on the Board of Evolve Coaching and on June 12th, he was onsite for the groundbreaking of their new Inclusion Center in Garfield. The Center is expected to open in the summer of 2026 and will include an independence transition center for adults on the autism spectrum, coaching offices for college-career placement training, and a media center.
The Louis Plung & Company Social Committee is a group that plans and coordinates events and activities to boost office morale, inter-departmental teamwork, and achieve a good work-life balance, while supporting and helping charities within the community. The Social Committee was created almost 10 years ago and its members are of all staff levels and specialties from within the firm.
Louis Plung & Company attended the Pittsburgh Pirates game at PNC Park (The Skull Bar) on June 9th! Such a fun night with coworkers, friends, and family!
Paint & Sip | June 27
Louis Plung & Company held a paint and sip event on June 27th right at the office! The event was hosted by Paint the Town and the LPC team members channeled their inner Van Gogh with their own take on “Starry Night in Your City.”

LPC Office Move Donation
During our office move from One Gateway to 20 Stanwix, 9 tons of still-useful office furniture were donated to Global Links for repurposing. Desks, chairs, and cabinets will now help healthcare workers around the world work more effectively and comfortably.
Aces for Alzheimer's Golf Outing
Metz Lewis & Continuim Equity Partners hosted their 11th Annual Aces for Alzheimer’s golf outing at Fox Chapel Golf Club! Louis Plung & Company sent a foursome – Partner Lindsay Andrews, CMO Beth Bershok, Senior Manager Brandon Bupp, and Manager Thomas Culleiton. Proceeds benefit the 2026 Pittsburgh Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
