Lindsay Andrews officially steps into the role of Managing Partner
Louis Plung & Company reached an exciting milestone this summer asLindsay Andrews, CPA,officiallystepped into the role of Managing Partner on July 1st, during the firm’s 105th year.
Lindsay’s appointment marks two historic firsts for LPC: she is both the firm’s first female Managing Partner and the first non-family member to lead the organization. After serving as Co-Managing Partner alongside Lou Plung since July 2025, Lindsay now begins this next chapter of leadership with a strong foundation and a clear vision for the future.
While transitioning from firm leadership responsibilities, Lou will continue to serve clients and support LPC’s strategic growth. As we look ahead, we are excited by the leadership, innovation, and client-focused service that will continue to shape the future of LPC.
LPC Announces Two New Partners

Kelly has dedicated her 25-year career to trust and estate tax as part of our Family Advisory Services practice, while Katee brings more than 13 years of specialized audit experience. For a week in May, CMO Beth Bershok and Marketing & Client Experience Manager Alyssa Falarski attended the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) Summit 2026 in Palm Springs, CA. The conference provided valuable opportunities to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore emerging trends impacting accounting and professional services marketing. Attendees also celebrated the organization's rebrand to the Association for Accounting Growth (AAG), reflecting the expanding impact of marketing across the profession.
NAIOP Awards Banquet
NAIOP, a leading association of commercial real estate developers, made the announcement at its Annual Pittsburgh Awards Banquet on May 28th that it was rebranding as the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA), and our team was there. Partner Tom Schneider, CPA, Manager Thomas Culleiton, CPA, and Marketing & Client Experience Manager Alyssa Falarski enjoyed an evening of connections and conversations with professionals in the real estate, construction, and development communities.

The event officially kicked off the 2026 Walk season and brought together community and business leaders in support of a meaningful cause. Marketing & Client Experience Manager Alyssa Falarski moderated the Professional Services Marketing Association (PSMA) panel discussion, Unlocking the Hidden Potential of Your CRM, on May 11. Industry experts Bob Goricki of Strategic 7 Marketing and RJ Huebert of HBT Digital Consulting shared strategies for maximizing CRM investments and strengthening client relationships through better data utilization and business development practices.
SOCIAL COMMITTEE
The Louis Plung & Company Social Committee is a group that plans and coordinates events and activities to boost office morale, inter-departmental teamwork, and achieve a good work-life balance, while supporting and helping charities within the community. The Social Committee was created almost 10 years ago and its members are of all staff levels and specialties from within the firm.
The LPC team, along with family and friends, enjoyed an unforgettable evening at PNC Park for our annual summer outing on June 11th, cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates as they took on the Los Angeles Dodgers. From great food and drinks to postgame fireworks and plenty of shared laughs, the night was a wonderful reminder of how great it is to come together and celebrate beyond the office even if the Buccos didn’t come away with the win.
Bring Your Child to Work Day at Louis Plung & Company was a success! On May 1, the kids came to LPC for a day of fun. They had a blast designing their own office badges, creating their own companies, taking professional headshots, and getting a chance to see their parents in action. A huge thank-you to our social committee for putting this together and helping keep everything running smoothly with the kiddos!
